118 Security do not provide security solutions and then walk away, we offer a multitude of monitoring services and our dedicated team responds to all issues quickly and efficiently. On a day-to-day basis, our Control Room staff are responsible for ensuring all contracts are staffed with trained officers, scheduling, arranging cover for holidays, communicating with on-site personnel, CCTV surveillance, mobile patrols, key holding, alarm response and checks on lone workers.
Our Control Room is ready to respond to any emergency or situation at any time.
